Our product trainings offer in-depth insights into all necessary topics for operating our products, including technological background and sampling strategies. The courses are aiming at operator and supervisor level. The courses do not only include technical sessions in the classroom but as well practical training with our products. On demand, in special cases we are able to prepare also remote courses via Skype etc.

Our remote diagnostics service allows us to provide our customers wherever they may be with prompt first-level support from our corporate offices and on-line first-level service/calibration if needed. This enables our customers together with our dense distributor network to continue their work as fast as possible and safe the unnecessary expenses for shipment of the instrument for physical service.
RS DYNAMICS products come with a standard one-year guarantee covering all parts and labor. Extended warranties are optional for extra charge. In addition, our customers can rest assured that we will offer maintenance and service repairs over the whole life cycle of the product, including spare parts.
Basic maintenance work is available within our distributor network together with Internet remote diagnostics and prompt repair service at our global offices. There is therefore no need for time-consuming and expensive dispatches.
