RS DYNAMICS GmbH is a global leader in the field of such hand-held detectors and analyzers with a long and successful world-wide track record.

Job Description:
We are looking for a visionary and committed Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales activities. The range of responsibilities extends from developing global marketing concepts to supporting and executing sales processes. A key task will be to develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to position the value and uniqueness of our products with our existing and potential customers.

Our client base is typically military, border control agencies, all the police structures, bomb-squad groups, special army forces, airport operations, security companies and critical infra-structure operators.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies for our range of detectors and analyzers.
  • Lead global marketing & sales campaigns that highlight our products’ innovative features and benefits.
  • Co-ordinate RS DYNAMICS marketing team and effectively find new distributors and customers
  • Collaborating with R&D to create a consistent and targeted brand messaging.
  • Together with RS DYNAMICS IT team, manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and content marketing (LinkedIn advanced marketing).
Qualifications:
  • Interest in and understanding of technology-driven products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel world-wide.
  • Understanding of the security and defense industry is a plus.
  • Professional knowledge of English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage.
