Explosives trace detectors (ETD) and Raman for Security use
We develop and manufacture explosives trace detectors (ETD) and Raman spectrometers for National and Homeland Security. Thase devices support rapid screening and reliable identification of hazardous materials. Additionally, we have designed our devices for operational environments where speed, accuracy, and trace-level sensitivity are required. In addition, our portfolio covers three main technical areas: explosive trace detection, Raman spectroscopy, and scintillation spectrometry for radiological detection.

Explosives trace detectors (ETD) and analyzers
Our explosive trace detection systems, called the miniEXPLONIX and the EXPLONIX, are designed to find extremely small residues of explosives on surfaces, objects, luggage, cargo, and hands. The scanning procedure typically includes controlled sampling (for example with swabs or wipes), followed by a managed release of collected compounds. This is done using by a thermal desorption process and transfer gaseous sample to the analyzer. The system is designed for consistent repeatability, low false-alarm operation, low costs, and continuous use in checkpoint through self-tests, diagnostic monitoring, and structured calibration and maintenance routines.
Raman Spectrometers
Our Raman spectroscopy platform, we call the microRAMAN, enable non-destructive identification of unknown substances in solid or liquid form. The device acquires a characteristic Raman spectrum and compare it against reference libraries using automated spectral processing and matching algorithms. The design emphasizes stable excitation, efficient optical collection, suppression of background signals, and software quality checks that validate spectrum usability. The user recieves fast response with chemical identification with traceable outputs suitable for field screening and decision support.
Radiological threat analysis
For radiological threat detection, we develop scintillation spectrometry system, built- in the EXPLONIX. This device can detect ionizing radiation and provide spectral information to support classification and identification. The platform uses scintillator-based sensors with calibrated energy response, continuous background adaptation, and real-time processing for rate alarms and spectral analysis.
